Jumpstarting Viral
Got today’s chart from Marketing Sherpa. I was excited because it is the first in their video benchmarking series. I took the survey and was anxious to see the results. Today’s chart I am not sure I agree with though. The results are mixed which tells me that there is no magic pill that energizes a program into viral. What I don’t agree with most is that paid search is listed as the top tool.
I’m not sure what to make of it all. I welcome your thoughts on the subject. Personally, I have focused attention on social media sites and have seen great success with house email. I have also used alternative and traditional PR to get things moving. What have you found that kicks you into viral?
